PLACE, hl johnston architect ltd That's a very carefully chosen steely gray enamel paint. I can't remember exactly what the color was.

Milgard aluminum, which sadly doesn't meet current energy codes. We have had to switch to aluminum clad wood for new work.

PLACE, hl johnston architect ltd Overhead Door Company, double pane and thermally broken. The key is to make sure the weather stripping is installed right but if it is, then the doors perform as well as many windows.
