Holmes was recommended to us by our real estate agent and we weren't disappointed. Being first time home buyers we had a lot of questions before, during, and after the inspection and Holmes was happy to help us out. The inspection was thorough and he explained everything in detail; nothing was missed. I've recommended Holmes to everyone looking for inspection services and everyone is pleased with his work.

My husband and I hired Holmes Inspection Services. We were competently satisfied with the process of our first home inspection. They were very thorough and patient. Very willing to answer questions and explain everything you need to know about owing a home (particularly the one being inspected.) There were no problems we found with our home that were not covered during the inspection. I would absolutely recommend this company for home inspections. Especially for first time home buyers!
