Better Home & Commercial

They replaced my roof 10 months ago. Numerous leaks. After numerous phone calls, they came out, but did not fix the problem. Today I have buckets in my hallway from the leaks in the roof. Do not hire this company.

Dealing with Better Home and Commercial has been the WORST experience that I have ever had dealing with any company. I was referred to them by a friend, so I had them come out to do an inspection of my roof after a hail storm. As instructed, I provided them a check that the insurance company sent for the repairs to purchase materials. Well, to make a long story short, it is now 1 year later, no roof, no money, and extreme lack of communication. If you want to cancel the contract, they tell you that they will keep 15% of your funds, so you need think about that, and that will give you an idea of their integrity. Dealing with the ownership, I thought that I would find an answer and sensible relief, and that only made the situation worse by them not responding, or stalling, or whatever they can do to keep your money for as long as possible. This has been a total nightmare. ALWAYS DO YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE ON A COMPANY, CHECK REFERENCES, AND DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH. REFERRALS MEAN NOTHING ANYMORE.

I hired Better Homes & Commercial. LLC in May 2016, nearly a year later still do not have my repairs done.. gave Jason Cross's wife Michelle a check for $8500 in July 2016... very hard to get in touch with and they have cancelled appointments 5 times.. still do not know if I will ever get the work completed or get my money back so I can get a roofer that will honor the contract and not just take the money and do nothing.. Never give a roofer money up front..

Better Home & Commercial created remodeled our kitchen and it was absolutely beautiful! They rehabilitated my cabinets, installed a farmhouse sink, butcher block countertops as well as all new appliances. I would recommend them 100%! I love their ideas!

Better Home & Commercial came out and surveyed our roof after a hailstorm. Rather than try to sell us a complete roof (like all the other contractors that came out) they recommended a very low cost repair to fix the leaks and replace just a few damaged shingles and roof penetration gaskets that had been damaged by the hailstorm. They completed the repairs in one day and cleaned up their mess 100%. Their workers were polite, efficient, well mannered and were almost silent except for the necessary hammering on the roof.
