Ballack Design + Architecture LLC is committed to the practice of architecture through a collaborative and disciplined process. I believe in designing spaces that are spirited and in harmony with its inhabitants.

My design process involves a skilled collaboration between architect, client, engineers, consultants, and the construction industry to deliver a unified architecture which responds to form, function, detail and budget. Once we find the “heart” of a project early on, we collaborate to develop simple, pure solutions that reinforce it.

My practice endeavors to investigate and focus on every detail throughout a project. My unique background in both architecture and construction management drives each project to its fullest potential. I believe this multi-disciplined approach is vital to creating successful architecture with vigor and integrity.

My past work includes buildings of various scales, architectural styles, programs and budgets for a diverse group of clientele. My unique design capabilities and extensive resources allow me to design and develop both the exteriors and interiors of a project to create an integrated architecture. I remain devoted to the practice of architecture in the design of buildings, interiors and landscapes to ensure the realization of unified projects.
