    Jeannette Architects Hi there StephieMarie, try looking at Model 4682L "Double Light" by Ginger. Gingerco.com (They sell various bathroom accessories.) Prices ranged from $232.20 to $374 at various sources.

    Jeannette Architects Hi Ealpet, The ceiling is 1x4 Tongue & Groove spruce. Don't use Pine when you're planning to paint it out white - the oils in the knots bleed through and leave stains. I hope that helps... thanks for asking! Jeff - Jeannette Architects.

    Jeannette Architects Hi ekpardau, My sincere apologies for not seeing this earlier. The floor is concrete with an integral "charcoal" coloring by Davis. The concrete holds up very well. We can hose out the floor right to the outside! Good luck if you haven't already completed your project.

    Jeannette Architects I'm not sure what "ground work" you're referring to but concrete is the hard surfaces and grass for elsewhere. Mexican stones for the rock trough & pea gravel among the flax plants.

    Jeannette Architects 11 months. We deconstructed e existing home and donated the building materials to Habitat for humanity with help from The Reuse People so demo took an extra 4 weeks. All went well.

    Jeannette Architects Hi there! It's a 1" diameter cast iron pipe 12 feet long. I have no idea the BTU's but when it's on full, our gas meter spins like a top! We enjoy the fireplace with friends and neighbors roasting marshmallows with wine. S'mores are wonderful on a summer afternoon! Jeff - Jeannette Architects
