Our treehouse is interior but actually houses an elevator. The trunk surface is an epoxy polymer that is formed to create the bark. There may be some interior applications that would allow for papier mache, but for durable surfaces that get kid duty, I would recommend the epoxy polymer surfaces. A good contractor can get you in touch with the right craftsmen in your area. Best of luck! Warren Lloyd

The comment above should have been posted from Lloyd Architects, but the information was correct. Ray Bird Design was the fabricator. Warren

The stone wall and cap are both concrete. We had originally considered adding stone to the wall face, but decided to simplify the design and keep the attention on the black flagstone paver underfoot. (It as actually a stamped concrete surface with stained finish.

I believe this is the Viking Professional 48" range with 24" center griddle. Their are a few configuration options as well as color options. This configuration would be 93000 btu. Enough to do some serious dinners for family and friends! Warren

The stone is a large format (18x32) black granite with light grout. We though it worked well with the black steel door and brought a dramatic touch to the light walls. Warren
