I am just finishing up the first phase of a large renovation project for one of my clients with Nick. It has been a wonderful collaberation for me as a designer. He even helped me by taking in a furniture delivery or two when neither the client nor I could be at the site. Nick runs a well oiled machine! He and his team were always on target for any stated deadlines and budgets and do not shy away from work that needs to be on a tight timeframe. What is most admirable is the quality of the work which is never sacrificed for the turnaround. I would highly recommend Miana to anyone who is looking for excellence in craftmanship, and a team that goes the extra mile every time to make sure their client is not only satisfied but delighted. This team makes building what it should be - a fun, exciting, fulfilling episode in life. I am grateful to have this wonderful resource to recommend to clients both at the shore area and here in Northern NJ. Trust me I have done specification work for construction since 1993 so I have seen a lot of job sites and it just does not get better than this. The pictures below have been added by me and are of another project I chose Miana for- the renovation and addition of 1500 sq ft to my own home. Having now experienced Nick and Katheryn's service from a designer's and a homeowner's prospective I can definitively say they are simply the best at what they do.
