John Kraemer & Sons, Inc. is a luxury residential builder and remodeler, based out of Edina, Minnesota.
Founded in 1978 by Gary Kraemer & his late father John, the firm focuses on luxury residential projects of all shapes, sizes, and styles. While the firm is based out of Minnesota, they are uniquely positioned and willing to take on projects throughout the U.S.
Unique in the fact that JKS employs all of their own job superintendents, project managers, and finish carpenters. The firm works closely with each client on a 100% open book basis where everything is transparent, and all bids, invoices, and receipts are available for client review at any time.
Gary Kraemer, John Kraemer & Jeff Kraemer are personally involved each project, both large and small. Furthermore, each of John Kraemer & Sons' clients are assigned a job superintendent who are devoted solely to one job, and will be on site all day everyday until the project is complete. This makes John Kraemer & Sons unique from most builders whose superintendents manage multiple projects at a time.
John Kraemer & Sons was the recipient of the Builder of the Year award in 1999 and again in 2009. This honor is given to the builder who best exhibits trust, loyalty, and ethics. They are the only two-time winner of the award in business today.

Granite Grannies If you wanted a general description to tell your fabricator (although you might just show them this picture), you could call it a radius with wings or a counter that looks like an arch sitting on a straight base. These are not official names of designs (because as mentioned they are custom designed), but may help you communicate to your fabricator the look you want.
