A D Construction - Building & Design
We currently have a large renovation project that was a referral from Houzz. I think Houzz is one of the most targeted tools available to reach prospective clients (aside from referrals). I rarely meet a homeowner that is not using Houzz (and the one's who are not, thank us for providing them with the site). I definitely believe Houzz has increased our exposure and interest in our business. - Shannon

I have gotten even more interested clients BUT I will say half of them have absolutely no concept of budget or what things cost. Honestly I love Houzz and I think they do a great job BUT budget minded people can't look at most of the interiors of homes and realistically get the same look for a 5k budget!

Upholstering a well built good quality or just something that has sentimental value is great! I absolutely love making something new again! Why add to a "throw away" society? be prepared folks, the great upholsterer, the ones that do all the work and have the skill charge accordingly BUT they are worth every penny!

Connie Long Interiors
Connie Long Interiors says:
Find a professional cleaner. I use FibeCon in Nashville and have had great results. They have an ozone chamber and with that, along with their expert cleaning experience, they have been able to salvage several unique used pieces for my clients and myself.
We have dealt with both cigarette and mold issues with great results.
They have even dealt with fire and smoke situations and of course the problems from our great flood several years ago.

Hi. Would this be a good weight for an arm chair that would be used pretty frequently? Also, what is the repeat like on the fabric? Is it random? Thank you. Oh, one more...what color?
