Lead Designer Joel Fraley is a Certified Kitchen Designer and Certified Aging in Place Specialist. He has over 25 years of experience in all phases of design and construction.
In addition to his design background, Joel is a skilled carpenter and furniture maker.
His work has been published in Better Homes and Gardens, 1859 Magazine, Oregon Home magazine, the Oregonian and the Denver Post.
He has won multiple design awards for his work in historic renovation, bathroom design and whole house remodeling.
Joel is nationally known for his expertise in green and sustainable design practices, having served on the board of the Rocky Mountain chapter of the US Green Building Council and the Portland Metro Home Builder’s Association Building Green Council. He has served on the judging panel for EcoHome magazine's Design Awards.
