Jordan Iverson Signature Homes is dedicated to designing and building innovative, elegant and efficient homes. Nearly every custom residence built, has been Green Certified. Every home is thoughtfully designed to fit both the homeowners lifestyle and the specific homesite.

Each stylish home, offers a fusion of urban, modern and traditional design elements, materials and color palettes. This is done by incorporating creative use of space, innovative lighting and interior details, unique materials, architectural accents, and the latest in technology.

Jordan grew up learning about construction and design from his father, who has been a builder for more than 30+ years.

Jordan Iverson Signature Homes is based in Eugene, Oregon and builds throughout Lane County. They offer design services for residential and small commercial work outside of this area and are not limited to Lane County.

    3david I appreciate much of his work and will visit the Bham art museum.

    I encourage people to reconsider allowing light to shine out from our buildings at night. Artificial light has a terrible impact on moths and other nocturnal insects. And urban lighting is one of many ways we harm migrating birds. Yea, yea...I know some will say "they're just moths." But did you know that moths are one of our most valuable pollinating insects?

    Besides, not that many people are out wandering around at night to enjoy the light show from buildings. I think this is a case of more harm than good.

    Jordan Iverson Signature Homes I believe they were made by Access Lighting, but that was about 7-9 years ago. I'd suggest looking at Lumens.com for "blue pendants"

    Jordan Iverson Signature Homes piddles21 - this is an engineered quartz product. Caesarstone and Cambria both have a pure white color that I've used. I almost always use quartz counters.

    Jordan Iverson Signature Homes ism8392 - It's made by Shaw and is a handscraped style engineered Birch. I'd say concrete will hold up better with a dog, but a style like this for wood works well as it's already got a distressed look and has varying colored boards.
