Joy was incredibly helpful reviewing the plans for our custom home. Joy did such a great job helping me stage my house! She can visualize how a house will look to perspective buyers. She helped move some furniture around, brought in some accessories, and suggested the most cost-effective purchases and fix-ups to help the house look its best. When getting our house ready for the market Joy was wonderful! She was very thorough both inside and out of the home, making recommendations for improvment. She gave ideas for evey room and space. She showed us how to use items we already had in our home and also made suggestions on, if we wanted to spend money, where it would make the most impact.
