Design, fabrication, and hand-crafting of log homes, timberframe homes, heavy timber trusses, heavy timber pavilions and barns. Available wood species include: Eastern White Pine, Cypress, Oak, and Douglas Fir. We design using 3-D solid modeling to insure accuracy when cutting precise notches, mortises and tenons, and shoulders using our CNC machines. Textures available are: Planed Smooth, Planed Smooth with decorative edge chamfer, WeatherAged, and Hand-Hewn. HeartDried timbers are available using our state-of-the-art vacuum kilns that dry wood by removing moisture through the end-grain, thereby preserving the surface of the timber and minimizing checks along the grain.
