Melanie McCormick, owner of Nuance Design specializes in providing design consulting and specification services to remodelers, builders and individual clients with a focus on kitchen and bath remodeling. Melanie is well-versed in residential and commercial remodeling and new construction, providing her clients and collaborators with her expert eye for granite, tile, and cabinet selections, paint selections, fabrication and installation of countertops, plumbing system selections, fireplace surrounds, and other stone applications. Melanie works as a liaison between the homeowner and builder by translating the homeowner's design preferences and budget into a cohesive and feasible design plan, and communicating those specifications to the builder in order to bring the homeowner's vision to fruition. Her longstanding membership with the National Kitchen and Bath Association, as well as her extensive and wide-ranging field experience allows her to understand the design process from various angles.
