Commented: Drain pipe A recess was notched out of the bottom of the beam. The p-trap and drain are fully enclosed by the depth of the beam. Hope that helps!

Commented: What greyish paint color was used for the beams? We don't know. The owner did a lot of the work themselves, including selecting paint colors. You could try using the color selector app of the Houzz website to get close.
