L & M Construction was established in 2003 by Lyle and Melody Rader. Beginning as a 2- person construction business, we grew rapidly into a fully staffed office with over 40 professional landscaping & construction experts. We hold General Contractors Licenses in many states including: North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Alabama. We perform a wide array of construction & landscaping projects, including large commercial buildings and commercial upfits. We proudly serve our customers in Troutman, Mooresville, Lake Norman, Cornelius, Davidson, Huntersville, Charlotte, Salisbury, Denver and most of North Carolina!.
