Lanefab is an integrated design+build team crafting custom homes and infill laneway houses.

In 2010 Lanefab completed the city of Vancouver's first 'laneway house' permitted under the city's new Eco-Density policy, and in 2012 completed the first net-zero solar powered lane house.
