It's by Christopher Farr Cloth. It's the 'Belfour Outdoor' Fabric. The Interior Designer, Benjamin Dhong selected it. Best of luck! Leigha

The veneer stone on the step risers is a real stone by Castle Rock, in the color 'Chocolate'. It was purchased from a vendor called Bay Area Bluestone in San Rafael, CA. The pathway is bluestone flagstone in an Ashler pattern, purchased from the same vendor. The step and porch surfaces are clear cedar painted in Benjamin Moore' Stone' 2112-40. Hope that helps!

One foot transoms will not give you the same look because the glass proportions will be horizontal and wide, instead of tall and vertical. You're probably better off going with taller windows and doors at 7'-0" or 7'-6" head heights, if you can engineer for it. Hope that helps!

It's 42" high because that was the code requirement at the time. Best! L

I wanted to add to this comment. Apparently the floors have not been oiled consistently, and with this product, regular cleaning with the oil soap protects the floors. The flooring rep told me if the floors are cleaned regularly with the oil soap, they should hold up fine, even in a high traffic area.
