Remember the kid in elementary school who was always selling something? That was me! I was the one selling hot cinnamon toothpicks to the other kids ….it was in my DNA from day one. Okay, that was a long time ago, but I still love to sell and have found my calling with real estate. I truly love every minute of the real estate transaction. Even the moments when it’s tough, I enjoy the problem solving and the negotiation process. I like to win for my clients ..period. I’ve been a Malibu real estate agent for 8 years and have been awarded top honors in my company placing my performance in the top 3% of all agents nationwide. In 2012, I sold close to $25m worth of real estate! I specialize in using online technology tools to make home buying and selling a great experience for my clients. My goal is to empower the client with easy-to-use information so they can be prepared to make the best decisions when buying or selling. I often say that receiving praise from a client at an online review site is even more rewarding than getting the commission check at the end of a deal. I encourage other agents to focus on customer satisfaction and not the payday at the completion of a deal. I strive throughout the transaction to make sure the client is feeling represented and receiving the highest in customer service. In the past year, I have appeared on Good Morning America and on the front page of the LA Times Business section, both for real estate related stories. I am often sought out by reporters from major newspapers to comment on articles about the Malibu real estate market.
