We used Precision Contracting to completely renovate our kitchen and mud room. We were extremely pleased with Matt and his team and the work that they did. Matt is great with communication and was always extremely responsive. When we had any questions or requests they were always promptly addressed. We are thrilled with our new space and enjoy it everyday.

We purchased our home in February and renovated it top to bottom with Matt and his team at Precision Contracting. Matt is straightforward, hardworking and produced absolutely beautiful work. His attention to detail in every manner was refreshing. Our home is unrecognizable in the best sort of way! I look forward to working with them again and definitely deserving of 5 stars!

We had a great experience with Precision Contracting! Our project turned out great and Matt was very helpful throughout. He was happy to answer questions and was conscientious about the work being done. Our house is over 100 years old and we were retrofitting a space to add a bathroom and closet. They did a fantastic job matching the style of the existing space, which was really important to us. I definitely recommend!

Matt and all of his sub contractors were a pleasure to work with; competent, flexible and thoughtful. We are very happy with our new kitchen and enjoy it every day. It is bright and lovely and a delight to walk into every morning.

I can't give enough accolades to Matt and his subcontractors at Precision Contracting. They did a major kitchen renovation for me. Matt was very organized and pushed the project along so that it was completed in no time at all. He was always available to answer questions, either by phone or text, and was accommodating to making changes along the way. He has a terrific crew that works with him; everyone was punctual, professional and cleaned up each day. The quality of the workmanship was excellent.

Matt absolutely knocked this kitchen project out of the park! All aspects were on time, on budget with the most professional courtesy I've encountered on any project. Precision Contracting will, no doubt, get all remaining projects in this house including 2 bathrooms. He's assembled what I would call the dream team of individual experts in each area of the build, including demo, drywall, electric, plumbing, tile work, carpentry and paint. There was no rock left unturned on this project and the attention to detail was extraordinary, creating quality, exactness and accuracy which defines precision.

Precision's work was excellent, delivered on time and on budget! More importantly, Matt Emanuele, the owner of Precision, is the first contractor we've dealt with who communicates regularly during the job and is always available to answer questions. Precision Contracting will get any future work we may have - they were simply terrific!

I have dealt with a lot of contractors over the years and Matt at a Precision Contracting is the best!! Matt installed a high end kitchen in our home and resurfaced the hardwood floors on the entire first floor. After we accepted his detailed proposal, Matt gave us a schedule/time line for the project. It described which subs would be in our home and for how long. When there was a change to the schedule for reasons beyond his control (late delivery of cabinets), he reorganized the schedule to meet our needs. Matt does great work and is very neat. His sub contractors are also excellent and polite. The whole team was a pleasure to have in our home . I would highly recommend Precision Contracting. We plan on using them again on new bathrooms.

Precision Contracting did an outstanding job on our kitchen, mudroom and bathroom remodel. From the very beginning the attention to detail from Matt was outstanding. You can tell that he values the relationship side of the business and works hard to be honest, direct and create value for his customers. What I liked most about Matt and his team at Precision was simple: They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it and made sure we were happy with what they had done at each step. I highly recommend Precision and feel confident you will be as happy as we are with the results.

Matt was extremely organized and he made valuable suggestions. All the participating workers were personable and did excellent work. Matt went out of his way to complete the project with as little disruption and mess as possible, and the work was completed on schedule.

First of all, we love our new kitchen! But more than that, we truly appreciated and valued the amazing work done by Matt and his team at Precision Contracting. This project began when a broken dishwasher flooded our kitchen (and basement) and we found ourselves in need of immediate work. Matt's name was given to us and within 20 minutes of our first phone call, he was at our home, listening and offering ideas and getting a sense of the scope of our project. We were impressed throughout with Matt's attention to detail, his organization skills and above all else, his attention to us and our ideas, concerns, suggestions, and comments. He was always just one phone ring away, always made time for us (at all reasonable hours!) and made sure we got the kitchen we had dreamed of. He and his crew were professional, on time, easy to work with and easy to share our home with for the better part of two months. The kitchen was completed according to the timeline Matt worked up, and despite crazy weather, and other unforeseeables, Matt and his team did an outstanding job. Matt and Precision Contracting LLC provide excellent workmanship and even better customer service while remodeling our kitchen. My wife and I recently moved to the area, and we decided to remodel our kitchen while we were expecting our first child. Matt understood our timeline, and truly cared to finish the job in a timely manner - while not cutting any corners. Matt was always on time, and his work was very clean. He has a great relationship with all of his subcontractors - and they also provide excellent work and customer service. We felt very comfortable with all the work being done by Precision Contracting, as we knew Matt fully understood our expectations - which is very important.
