From a young age Michaela Warner was filled with a passion for creativity and a desire to work with people. Her enthusiasm for creating beautiful spaces can be traced to her close relationship with her grandma, also an interior designer. Michaela has always admired her graceful guidance with clients and deep love for the home and interior design. They share a genuine love for people and their calling is to share that love through design. After a childhood filled with building floor plans in her bedroom out of blocks, and setting up tea parties for her dolls on the patio, Michaela packed her umbrella and headed to college in Seattle. Diploma in hand, Michaela’s enthusiasm and knowledge of design has grown. Her goal is to make people and families fall in love with their homes, no matter how big or small the renovation. She loves to track down that gorgeous one-of-a kind piece or find that unique vintage treasure that helps your home become a true reflection of you. Michaela also enjoys dreaming up gorgeous events, parties and showers and believes that entertaining is in the details. Aside from penning her own design and lifestyle blog, Michaela has most recently worked for Simplified Bee Interior Design, Emily Henderson, Rue Magazine, and Bustle Events. Her design work has been recognized in Rue Magazine, Ruffled, the Glitter Guide, Made By Girl, The Inspired Room, The Wedding Chicks, Wedding Day Magazine Grand Rapids, and Martha Stewart Crafts. Michaela received her Bachelors of Arts degree in Interior Design from Seattle Pacific University and her Associates of Arts degree in Interior Design from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. Michaela currently lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan, serving West Michigan and beyond.
