Michael J. Lee Photography

Michael grew up in New Jersey and moved to Boston to attend Wentworth Institute of Technology. After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, he worked for 16 years as a Design Associate for two of New England Home’s Hall of Fame Designers. Celeste Cooper and then Richard FitzGerald, respectively.

In 2008, Michael J. Lee Photography LLC was launched to infuse Michaels’ Architectural and Design vocabulary with the technical skills needed to produce consistent, polished images.

Michael sees photography as both a solitary art and a collaborative craft in which something is always happening. To deal with such nuances and to know how to orchestrate the precise interplay of scale, color and light is what successful photography is all about. Achieving such goals takes a sophisticated understanding of your needs and wishes at many levels. It also takes a lot of experience, a clear eye, and not to put too fine a point on it. A sensitive talent. If this approach interests you than Michael J. Lee welcomes your inquiry.

Social media has become an intricate part of Michael’s daily life. If you would wish to connect with Michael to learn more about his business and his family, please select one of the links below.

inlimbo Can anyone tell me what kind of preparation is needed before painting? I have queen anne chairs that are cherry and someone told me once that painting a set takes away from the value and should only be painted if they are not in good condition. Any comments. Thanks.
