This review is long overdue! Me and my wife Veronica purchase our home about 18 years ago and finally retired to Florida from New York last year. One of the most important things we wanted to do was have our home remodeled as it was 18 years old. I was recommended to MVM Custom Homes from a plumber I seen while walking my dog Nuggie about three years ago. His words were you will get value for your money when you deal with MVM. I contacted MVM and spoke with Mike Jr., who came to my home and I told him what my plans were and he gave me some ideas. I kept in touch with MVM for about 3 years until I was ready to retire and start the remodel. Mike Sr. came to the house and we discussed the entire remodel. Mike Sr. is extremely knowledgeable and definitely visualized what I wanted. He is a very patient and compassionate man. We signed the contract and shortly thereafter the work on the house started. MVM treated my remodel as a new build which was something we didn't anticipate but was excited about. This is the third time we are doing a remodel as we did it twice in New York and we knew what we were in for. This was one of the best experiences we ever had. Everyone of the Subcontractors that came into our house were professional and true craftsmen. Watching them work was like watching Leonardo Davinci paint a masterpiece. Stan, who did the floor tiles, Anatoly who did the bathroom tiles, Valentin who is a master cabinetmaker, Vlad who did the painting, Ray who did the electric, Babes Plumbing. Igor who installed the doors and the forman Oleg. Please forgive us if we forgot anyone. By the way Mike's wife Nadia who was extremely helpful, we thank you! We would be remiss if we didn't mention Bob who unfortunately passed away during my remodel. MVM made our house a beautiful home that me and my wife love and will treasure. My home looks brand new thanks to MVM Custom Homes. We can't thank you enough! Another important thing to note is that MVM stands behind everything that they do. Any issues that have come up they addressed them immediately! We highly recommend MVM Custom Homes for your new home or rebuild. We love you guys!

MVM Custom Homes Inc built our house and overall the experience was great! The entire process went smoothly. The company kept us informed along the way and responded to any questions within a few hours. We were also allowed to make changes throughout the build. The house is beautiful, the culmination of a lifetime of dreams. There was meticulous attention to details, the craftsmanship is of the highest quality. We were allowed to monitor the project as often as we wanted as well as meet and discuss details with all the subcontractors. Our experience with MVM was nothing short of phenomenal. We were hand held through the whole process, from the initial quote to even going out with us to pick out things like tile and granite on the final stages of our home. Mike is very knowledgeable and is a great listener; not only did he put up with us changing our minds often, but also didn't charge us change order fees like most builders do for changes. Even the designer entertained our unique bizarre ideas for us to be completely satisfied. In the end we didn't build a house, we built a home and a relationship with MVM Custom Homes.

This is our second MVM home. We were so pleased with our first home, when we decided to downsize it was an easy decision to call MVM. The quality of work and service is second to none. New three bedroom,two bath home with an attached 400 sq. ft. workshop. I am 67 years young and had four homes built in the last 18 years. The outstanding customer service, dedication to excellence, and prompt response before, during and after construction is the best I have ever received and continue to receive, nine months after completion. The quality of the materials and workmanship is certainly worthy of my five star rating. This is the only builder, of the four, I would call a friend! MVM Custom Homes Price before construction stays the same upon completion. There are no price increases and no hidden costs. Mike is a man of his word. And that is the bottom line.
