Paul Haugen Construction has been our go-to resource for over a decade. In that time we have used them for major bathroom remodels, laundry room updates, tile installation, dining room upgrade, deck and siding storm-damage repair, and numerous small projects. We just completed our most extensive project with Paul Haugen Construction. This most recent project was a major remodel of our living room, entry area and portions of our kitchen. The job involved complicated demolition, extensive electrical and lighting, installation of two picture windows, dry wall construction and painting. We are thrilled with the finished results! Company owner Jared Lord is a highly skilled craftsman and the team he has assembled includes painters, tile installers, plumbers, electricians, and finish carpenters. Jared holds his team to high standards and a commitment to customer satisfaction. This team does top quality work. We have been impressed with the creative problem solving of Jared and his team. In addition to appreciation of their technical expertise, we also appreciate the care they take when in our home. We are fans of this do-it-all company and the people who work there.

One of the best contractors we've ever worked with. We had Paul Haugen Construction build a dormer bathroom addition for us. Great work, professional interactions, strong feel for aesthetics, and, most importantly, really good people. They went above and beyond on our project, and even came back to fix an issue months later and didn't charge us for it. We cannot recommend them enough.

Just finished a top to bottom remodel on my old outdated kitchen and I couldn't be happier! Raised the ceiling, added new flooring and everything in between. Beautiful job and very professionally done. My friends are raving about how beautiful it is. Love it! I've attached a couple of the before photos as well showing the super low ceiling and heavy oak cabinets.

It was a transformation of a blank wall with a fireplace in the center, to a wonderful architectural centerpiece for our living room. We are so pleased! We showed Jared a picture of what we were striving for, and he and his crew worked hard to make it happen. This was our 3rd time using Paul Haugen Construction, and as before, he and his crew were skilled, efficient, and great to work with. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone; know that if we need any more work done they'll be the only one we will call!

I recently installed a Satillo tile floor, approximately 210 SF. Due to the unique tile layout, the grout joints range between 3/4"-1 1/2". We chose a tile with a rough country french look. It required two applications of a quality sealer prior followed by a very intense grout job. Due to my travel schedule, I found Paul through a local flooring store. He was extremely responsive and dedicated a crew of two professionals who took the time and care to complete the laborious grouting work. They followed with another sealer. Paul's passion for his quality work was evident and his crew reflected the same passion in their work. We look forward to the opportunity to work with Paul again an highly recommend his services.

We've hired them twice, first to remodel our beach house kitchen and basement bathroom. I wish there were six stars! From our very first contact to the last day of the job I found the entire crew to be thorough, very personable, and honest. Paul and his crew remodeled our master bathroom and built a covered porch for us. The work was done with care and the results were perfect. We hired Paul for our kitchen remodel. It involved removal of a wall, changing the entryway, closing off a window and a door, adding in french doors, and completely changing the layout, among other things. Complete overhaul! He was responsive and kind and genuinely excited to take on our project. Paul estimated about 4 weeks for our total gut job. It ended up taking 5 weeks so he wasn’t super off on his timeline. He also gave us a bid that he stuck pretty close to. His crew was great to work with and they speak very highly of Paul. Every crew member was kind and respectful of our family and our home. We really felt that everyone involved with our kitchen saw us as a family to invest their time in and not just another job to get done. Of course, as with any renovation project, there were bumps and hiccups along the way, some bigger than others. We felt that they handled most of these issues really well and proved time and again to put our satisfaction first. That was important to us. We would work with Paul again and have recommended him to friends. We love our new kitchen and feel we went the right way hiring Paul. Overall, a positive experience.

This was the second time we used Paul Haugen construction. We remodeled our master bathroom a couple years ago by ripping out a bath/shower unit and putting in a custom full length shower, Tile floors and granite countertop. We were so happy with the way the bathroom turned out, We hired the company again for our kitchen remodel. Well that was the right move! The staff at Haugen construction installed a granite countertop and sink, Under the counter lighting, and a full length travertine tile backsplash. We couldn't be happier with the way the project turned out. The quality of workmanship outstanding, the contractors here when they said they would be, and cleaned up at the end of the day. They remodeled the kitchen from top to bottom. Replaced wood floors with tile. Replaced all cabinets and drawers including installing pull out drawers in lower cabinets. Installed granite countertops. Installed new sink, faucets, and garbage disposal. Installed all new stainless steel appliances including oven/range, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. install new LED overhead lighting. Repaired any damaged drywall and repainted the kitchen. All work was completed in approximately three weeks. Kitchen was usable within two weeks. The contractor was professional and responsive to all discrepancies that were found. The remodel has really brightened up the kitchen area and I am very pleased with the work accomplished. The tile, cabinets, and granite countertops look great together with the stainless steel appliances.
