I like to share my experience about this company. I was in search of blinds and shutters and had many different quotes. The thing that inspired me to write this review is not only about the quality products, it was actually their staff and how I was respected by Paul and the office. Paul walked me through all the different products and then the process of finalization and what to expect next. I never felt pressured. We were a little hesitant about purchasing because we weren't sure about any of the products, but Paul brought all the different samples for us to see and look at as well as a gallery of photos. I guess this was the turning point for me, he was so knowledgable about every product and explained all the different options for each different product. We were sold on Paul and his knowledge about the product he was selling. The review is for Paul and his honesty. We love our shutters and blinds and will come back and recommend for all our future purchases.

I had a fantastic experience with this company. My job keeps me very busy and I'm rarely home, but Paul was able make an appointment with me that suited my time...I felt bad because it was fairly late. I wasn't sure what I wanted in my home but he brought all the samples and products which made it easier and I didn't have to go to the showroom. I decided to go with the Vienna Silhouettes. They are fab!! They have such a modern look to them of sheer elegance. The installers did a fantastic job too, they were very clean. I've already recommended Paul to a bunch of my buddies at work as well as family and friends. This company does a great job with great customer service! Many many stars from me!!

I don't usually write reviews but I was extremely satusfied with the work this company did for my home. Everything was on time and organized. From the sales rep Paul coming to my home, measuring the windows, explaining the different products, helping me match colours, giving me a great price, to the office calling me the next day after finalization to book my install date, and the instalment of the solar glides...everything was done so well! Very impressed and I will definitely recommend this company to anyone!

I was unsure of what I wanted in my home - roller blinds or solar glides. I decided to go with the new style of the solar glides! They are awesome. There were so many different options of colours to choose from - to match my home. My interior designer and I chose one of the more neutral colours and they are wonderful. The sales rep Paul was very helpful and patient with me. Since I had so many windows he was able to work out a better price for me - his family owns the company. The installation took a couple of hours, the installers were very professional and quick working. Super happy with this service! 5 Stars!!!

Our appointment went well, and I decided to go ahead with the California Shutters. Right after finalizing the order, I got a call from the office the next day with my install date.
