With special attention to Green and Sustainable practices. Founded in 1995 by Peter Stames, the firm focuses on luxury residential projects of all shapes, sizes, and styles.

We are based in South Eastern Massachusetts Focusing on Greater Boston, the South Shore and Nantucket. While the firm is based out of Massachusetts, we are uniquely positioned and willing to take on projects throughout New England and has ongoing projects as far as Florida.
