I was hit by a car while out for a walk and still, 4 years later, my back hurts,

It helps me a lot if I use my side table as an ottoman. It measures 2 inches higher than my sofa, I literally "put my feet up" and feel better immediately.

The TVs in a couple of those pictures are too high. They should be at eye level while sitting. Otherwise, it won't look right and you'll get some sort of strain in your neck or back.
