F&P Molla, Inc.

F&P Molla, Inc. is a family owned and operated General Contracting Construction Company specializing in residential custom homes, additions and remodeling, as well as commercial construction. It was founded in 1985 by Francis and Paul Molla, a father and son team both born and raised in Franklin. Both are alumni of the Building Construction program at Dean College, with more than 60 years of construction experience between them. Francis Molla has been in the construction field for more than 40 years. He taught Building Construction at Franklin High School for 13 years before retiring to start his own full-time drafting and construction business. From there, he eventually went on to establish F&P Molla, Inc. with his son. He is a well established member of Franklin and the surrounding communities, where is he known for his experience and respected for the quality of his work. Paul Molla has been in the construction field for more than 20 years, beginning as an apprentice for his father when he was just a teenager still in high school. He gained valuable experience working in the field, doing everything from pouring concrete to framing and roofing. Since F&P Molla, Inc. was founded, he has mastered every aspect of the construction business, from hiring and managing subcontractors to buying and selling property.
