    Patricia B. Warren, AIA Warren Architecture, LLC Measuring at the countertop, the island is 10'-3" long to the pointed tip of the mesquite, 8'-9" to the start of the angle at the mesquite, and 2'-6" wide.

    Studio DEC I thought the big tree stump was a water feature/ fountain at first!

    Patricia B. Warren, AIA Warren Architecture, LLC No, but the cutting down of the tree is what opened up the yard to sunlight, and made the watergarden possible. The photo was taken from across the watergarden, where there is a stream and waterfall.
