    Barnett Design Studio we did it ourselves. It is a concrete floor. we used #3 reinforcement bars at 12" on center in the slab so it wouldn't crack. We then scored it in a 4x4 grid. we added grout (grey) in the chiseled out area(score lines). THe score lines also serve as "control joints" so we don't have any cracking at all! Built in 2005. cheers!

    Barnett Design Studio we used an aqua stain. It's an acid stain and chemically reacts with the concrete.
