The screen is 16'w x 9'h. The viewing distance to the front row 'eyes' is 21'.

The viewing seat dictates the screen size. Your room is plenty big enough for a 140" wide screen. The main seat will be ~15' back from the screen. We do custom make all of our theater furniture. There are many acoustic solutions so not an easy answer. It all depends on the sound property of the room. The most common is a product called Echo Eliminator.
