We Build More....We are a Full Service Home Improvement Company, That Specializes In Easy Care Outdoor Living Spaces!

We Will Not Lower Our Prices To Compete With Lower Bids, Often This Results In Shortcuts Taken That Can Effect The Integrity Of The Structures And Its Just Not Worth It To Us, We stand behind our work 100%. We Would Never Do That!

Our QUALITY Sets Us Apart From The Competition

We our professional deck builders. The difference between us and my competition is, we care about each and every project we work on. You get a 100% easy care deck or patio from us. We don't just slam your deck up and off to the next project, like most deck builders do. Its not about how many decks or patios you can build in a season, its about Quality, Intergrity and Value.
The customers that use them, call us the following year to clean up there mistakes or fix what they won't come back and do, although it really is there liability. Once they're paid, there long gone!

Thankyou for your time reviewing my information....

Respectfully,
Dave Rzonca

I would keep the iron railings and go with bluestone. Keep the symmetry of the entrance and place a nice bench in front of the chimney with a chair and small table to the left.

If you have any water issues on the side of the porch where it touches the outside house wall, those would need to be addressed before any new construction begins. I do agree that a stamped concrete patio using old world bluestone or slate pattern, would look best with what you have.

Hello again as we meet. I would use aluminum post wraps. Comein round and square. There very easy to install. You just cut them to the height size you need and use a rubber mallet and wrap them around the wooden post. I'll attach some photos for you.

You could also add faux stone columns as a wrap around these posts. very cost effective and looks good!

Do not build up soil around the posts! Beef up with stone as shown above. Any soil around will cause the posts to rot. We are living through this and now have to go to the expense of taking down a pergola because the concrete footings were in soil and allowed the base of the posts to come into contact with the soil.

That's it. Needs to be done in the correct order. The two horizontals first, connect 90s to vertical and attach to new horizontals.
