Gaspar's is a 40 year old family business that specializes in home remodeling. Rich Gaspar started the company in 1974 as a carpenter with a tool belt. Gaspar's has grown over the years to a staff of 25 people. We added design services in 1985 when Cathy Gaspar brought her interior design skills changing Gaspar's from a General Contractor to a Design/ Build Firm.

Today Gaspar's Design team offers both interior and architectural design services for our Design/ Build Clients.

Our Construction Team is capable of running 6 projects at a time. We have a dedicated Project Lead assigned full time to each project. Our Project Leads are experienced, skilled carpenters and project managers. We believe that one of the most important skills is communication so we invest in training all of our staff good communication skills. Lastly we have a proven process for designing and building residential remodeling projects which includes systems like weekly meetings and weekly financial reports so that our clients always know what is going on and how they are spending their money.

Currently I am the majority owner of the business as I purchased it from my parents over the past 5 years. I have been running the company as the General Manager for the past 10 years. Other family members include my brother Isaac Gaspar who is our Production Manager and my sister-in-law Jen Gaspar who is a Project Manager.
