Terrible lights failed in 1st couple months and It should not take 4 months to get a refund on a warrantied product. Feels like I'm getting the run around to avoid paying. Very disappointing

Commented: Does light come out at bottom hole as well as top?The will be some light that shines from the bottom of the sconce, but most will shine from the top and through the stained glass. It does come with a 4 stage dimmer. the remote shown in the picture ...

Commented: Is there a remote control?Yes, this does come with a 4 stage dimmer remote. The On/Off switch is located on the lower front of the backplate, so no, you do not need to remove it from the wall to turn it off manually.
