Over the past 25 plus years, Stephen M. Schill has established himself as a preeminent architect in Northeast Ohio with an impressive resume that includes a vast array of spectacular homes. Steve's lifelong passion for architecture began as a child when his grandparents would take him for Sunday drives along Lake Road in Cleveland to see the stately old mansions. Ever since then, he instinctively knew he wanted to design great works of architecture that would withstand the test of time. Steve's firm Schill Architecture, LLC was established in 1991 when Stephen began designing luxury lakefront and estate homes throughout the greater Cleveland area. In 2001 Charles, Morgan and Company, LLC, a design-and-build firm was founded to handcraft a select number of extraordinary homes each year. and assures homeowners' satisfaction down to the very last detail and through every phase of the design and construction process.

The three tv's are "set in" to the wall. A large screen drops in front of them. I have attached another image to help show you the detail.

The paint is SW 6174 Andiron. Be advised the gypsum board finish must be near perfect as every imperfection is magnified with this color.

Thank you Steve/Schill Architecture! What I WANT is a stained, wood door but what I may have to go with is fiberglass that looks like wood to stay in budget.
Some other "wish criteria" is wider than 3' front door. I love your door's transom and sidelights for a number of reasons, style, look and privacy. (NOTE: Some give up too much privacy to suit me.) If I can't do your "surround" style, I will get the wider door w/one sidelight half way up w/glass.
By the way, other Houzzer's have shared they used fir for cost savings and that it took the dark stain well. Would like to learn more =/- about both woods - if I am able to do WOOD.
Thank you - as always for quick reply, details.
