As a custom home builder, who we partner with on the home design is one of the first big decisions we need to make. We have worked with Summit Ridge Design on multiple custom homes and have had nothing but great results. The communication between designer, client and builder is imperative to making sure that everyone is on the same page, and Summit Ridge Design is very good at this. Their ability to pull details out of clients and get so close to what they had in mind at first pass is exceptional. One of the other major benefits of working with Summit Ridge Design is the software they utilize, that no other designer in the area uses or has invested in. Being able to show the clients their plans not only in 2 dimensions but then switching immediately to a 3 dimensional model and actually seeing the home in real life makes it so much easier for the client to envision how their home look and how it will live. We have enjoyed a long relationship with Summit Ridge and look forward to continuing partnering with them in the future.

I had the pleasure of working with Summit Ridge Design on a large residential project for the past several months. I am very impressed with their professionalism and the quality of work they produced in a timely manner. It was absolutely wonderful to collaborate with a company that would listen to what our client wanted, what the builder thought, as well as myself (the interior designer). Architectural and design solutions were quickly produced the very few times we ran into any obstacles. Their presentation was always fantastic. I highly recommend them!

We met the owner of Summit Ridge through our Real Estate Broker. He is a very fun, likable and professional designer/architect. His pricing structure was a flat rate based on square footage so there were no surprises. We really appreciated that he researched the county requirements and designed our home accordingly. When the plans were submitted to engineering and the county for permits they went through without any changes. He designed us a beautiful home. He was always available for questions and was very helpful with ideas in the design process.

We contracted with Summit Ridge to provide design and architectural services for a luxury home design in Lake Oswego. We worked very closely with the owner who spearheaded our project. He was always available, listened and understood our plans and desires and translated our design into exactly what we wanted. And this was done at a very reasonable price. Additionally, Wade worked closely with the city of Lake Oswego to ensure we met all code requirements. I enthusiastically and highly recommend Summit Ridge for any design and architectural needs you may have. We are thrilled with our project.

If you’re looking for a very personable and enjoyable design process for your next home, look no further. After moving from out of state, we had purchased a view lot in a newly developed gated community and driving through one weekend, we stopped and talked to a neighbor who was working in their yard about their beautiful home and they recommended that we call the designer and gave us the number to Summit Ridge. We had talked to two others designers beforehand but after meeting with all three, there was no question who we wanted to work with and we couldn't be happier. The design of our home not only fits our new northwest lifestyle but its entire design was created around us. Each room was carefully planned out and is a reflection of our lifestyle. Highly recommended.
