My “style” is hard to classify since it's ever-evolving and is so often a reflection of my clients. I draw inspiration from fabrics, texture, collections, and vintage pieces, and always strive to create environments that are colorful, casual, and easy to live in. As a painter and someone who also dabbles in graphic design, I bring an artistic eye to each project, creating stylish, eclectic and transitional environments that uniquely express my clients and what they love.

My clients recognize me for my abilities to create fun, colorful eclectic spaces, as well as quiet “zen” environments, each reflective of how they use and live in their spaces. I see walls as an opportunity to make clients smile, preferring pieces of art that evoke emotion over those that only have a monetary value. In creating relaxed and moody environments, the proper use of light is key to my design aesthetic. I also recognize the importance of re-purposing existing furnishings or prized possessions in the creation of new interior designs.

As a hobby, I flex my creative muscles through graphic design and painting large abstract acrylic on canvas pieces. And, my love of hunting for vintage pieces results in a steady flow of treasures that transform into unique lighting pieces and furniture. Some of my other obsessions are cooking, entertaining, and spoiling my pets!

I hold degrees in Political Science from Colorado University at Boulder and Interior Architecture and Design from University of California at Berkeley. My motto in life is: Lighting and sauces are everything!
