An Applied Urban Planning Undergrad and Interior Architecture Major has lead me to think differently about spaces and how they relate to people, both on the macro and the micro scale. I love finding a solution to a problem, and the unexpected happiness from failure that leads to success. In order for something to truly work, first it must break. My design education was based primarily on the Bauhaus system, and thus my work reflects a marriage of craft, art, design and making, while balancing itself with revised modernist principals.
I am fascinated with all aspects of design, ranging form Photography, Weaving, Craft, Screen Printing, Material Design and Object Design, leading to the eventual blurring of lines between design/maker/art. All projects in all mediums welcome and open for collaboration or hire.
