Tami did an excellent job on helping us to stage our house for resale. She pointed out several things we didn't see as to the best use of space and how to use the furniture and items we have to the best advantage. I highly recommend her services.

I was referred to Tami at Envisage by my realtor when I inquired about finding a local home stager. We were selling a house that had been rented so it was completely empty. We tried to sell previously with no luck so I was nervous that it would be on the market for a long time. I wanted to fill the 1st floor rooms with some furniture so that buyers could see the potential in the space and was interested in painting a few rooms a more neutral color. But I was incredibly busy and did not have time to be very involved in making decisions, and I also did not want to cost to get out of control. I was able to meet with Tami one time and she totally understood what I needed. She offered great advice on what would make the biggest impact. There were some things I wanted to change that she talked me out of, and some things she suggested that I hadn't considered. She did everything, all I had to do was approve the decisions, which I loved because I could focus on other things in my life! She worked with the furniture rental company to get the right pieces and chose beautiful paint colors which complimented the rooms we weren't touching. She even connected me with a really good painter who was on time and very affordable. I didn't even have to be there when the furniture came - she handled it all. I thought it was going to be more difficult, but it was so easy. I couldn't believe how quick the process was and how much of an impact it made on the house (and all for a very reasonable cost). The house was under contract in three days and I think her services made all the difference! I would highly recommend Envisage Designs and would not hestitate to hire Tami again.

Selling a house is not easy in current market. You have to do all you can to maximize your chance of selling quickly. Staging a house is the way to do it. Tami did a great job staging a house I had listed in Bolingbrook. She made great use with the items that were there plus brought in some larger pieces. She followed up the consultation with a written report that she sent to both my team and our homeowner. We had our photographer out to reshoot the impacted rooms soon thereafter. I am pleased to report that internet activity and showings increased by 30% and we received an offer within 45 days of completing the staging.
