    please tell me the manufacturer/source of this door? - I haven't seen an up and over door with a large panel that folds flat to another. this would solve some problems!

    Chris Campbell No overhead tracks...Most often no steel support beam either as door is constantly held by weights in the open and closed position. This door is a S2000 and has minimal interior projection by folding at the 25% of height. There are also 2 other models. The S1000 Door does not fold. Just one solid piece of steel that transitions to be parallel with the floor.

    Also the S3000 which folds at the 50% height of the door. These doors are 100% customizable and Renlita will work with you to create your perfect door.
