Gee, any kid room looks better when stuff is PICKED UP! That's the main problem in all the real kids' rooms I know! :)

Unfortunately, I do not see the element of whimsy or playfulness crucial to turn these rooms into an appealing environment for children. Except for the first room, these designs represent academic, modern, and somewhat cold environments. This is just my opinion. I do feel children don't as much about design and color palettes as much as a comfortable, warm, imaginative space that is all their own.

Sorry, is the the firepit connected to its own gasoline or does it have it's own gas tank ? And where can I buy it?

Hi. This is a custom fire pit designed by our Landscape Architecture Division. It is a board form concrete firepit with an Ipe top. There is a metal insert with the fire ring and the fire rocks. A gas line is connected to the firepit and the client can turn it on with the gas key. Thanks for the questions.

The cap is bluestone (color: Select Blue) that has been ground smooth on all sides. Yes, there are joints between the individual pieces. The joints have been made as narrow as possible and the mortar is fairly neutral in color so as not to stand out. To obtain curved wall cap pieces you will need to have a plan drawn of the wall to provide radial dimensions of each piece, as well as the lengths of each piece. If the pieces will all be the same because the curve of the wall is consistent, then you don’t need to provide dimensions for each piece. The stone cap pieces will need to be custom cut at a stone yard with their equipment. This will likely be done by the actual stone supplier. Keep in mind that getting the correct dimensions is important because curved wall caps are more expensive than straight ones and most suppliers will not take returns of custom cut stone such as these.
Good Luck!!!

What's the stone veneer you used? Also for the corner caps, did you just cut the edge to be like triangle (hope you understand what I mean) or did you special order a corner piece?

Thank you for the question. We were not involved in the building design, but per the architect's plans the windows are from Marvin Windows.
