Very familiar with construction aspects to UK and US building regulations and code, mechanical design, energy-efficient systems and HVAC design. Advanced skills in 3D modelling, realistic CGI's and BIM including Revit and Archicad. My portfolio ranges from small scheme designs to interior design and landscaping, I have also worked on a property development project renovating a 4th floor loft apartment and worked with a contractor and property developer, Portfolio Homes, Sevenoaks, Kent. Most recenty worked with Vicente Burin Architects, Fairfield, Connecticut, specializing in high-spec custom home design.
