Wish you were in Arizona. I'm looking for a new GC! Your projects are lovely. Very in tune with the style and type of work I do. I love the outdoor stone fireplace. Just completed a remodel for a client and used stone very similar on a fireplace!

Guess what? We actually do have our AZ GC license, but we work in the Bullhead City area! We've built a couple of custom homes there, but live in CA. Thanks for your compliments! Your work is lovely as well! We'll have to keep in touch!

White Carrera marble. There are different grades, the one shown is more expensive because the veining is very light. Less expensive Carrera has heavy gray lines.

Lovely setting! Is the large stone structure a water feature?

Yes! The center is a metal water spout and below is a large collecting pool.

It depends on the style you are going for. Square or flat doors lean modern and arches lean traditional or Tuscan. We see both arches and squares used equally.

Square with flat panels are pretty popular now, especially in the transitional style. They use wider stiles and rails for a more modern look. If you are considering arch tops, the eyebrow arch is in; the cathedral top is out.

When all else fails, use the color wheel. With green, the red family is a complimentary color. If you take red, add dark to it and it becomes burgundy/maroon/wine. Those are beautiful colors for a front door. You can still stay with the gray tones for your shutters too. Now you have a home with colors that complement and don't compete.
