D&D Remodel-design

Vance Dato, owner of D&D Remodel, and his team, have been helping us repair and remodel our historic 1909 Folk Victorian in Grapevine, for over a year now. We purchased the house, not realizing the extent of work that needed to be done to preserve this cute little house. Vance is extremely knowledgeable about historic homes and is very detail oriented. He knows the right way to do things and takes his time planning and preparing to make sure all is historically correct. He has helped us with repairing our foundation, adding gutters, replacing all the old windows, air conditioning issues, adding a lovely new front porch, replacing the aluminum siding and tackling drain issues as well as refininishing the original interior wood floors, cabinetry and painting, to list just a few. Vance is very pleasant to work with, and is respectful of us and our home, as is all his team. He has really been a God send for us. Vance's patience with us and the variety of problems our little house has had, his dedication to his work and his Christian demeanor have really been invaluable during this long process. He has my sincerest respect.
