    Veranda Fine Homes I personally am red/green color blind, so it looks grey to me. I will ask our designer to get confirmation.

    cgcsmom2 I have a color chart for Finestone Stucco. The #64-Lunar looks alot darker than this on the sample card. I know that with exterior colors they often look lighter once they are up. Is this the same color/stucco brand used on this house?

    Veranda Fine Homes Yes this is Finestone Stucco. Remember colors show differently depending on your monitor too. Be sure and have you contractor do a mock up for you on a 4x8 sheet of material for you to look at.

    The cast stone is buff.
    The exterior trim paint is Sherwinn Williams #SW3524 Chestnut.

    Veranda Fine Homes The stucco on this home overhangs the slab by about 1 1/2". We use a true masonry stucco with a 3 coat application - Scratch coat, brown coat and a finish coat.

    The foundation beam is exposed and not covered by stucco. We generally dress the beams at the end of the project to make them look clean and fill any voids.
