Hi John--The circle is 14' diameter. The gravel is about 3-4" thick, and it's laid over a high quality landscape fabric that was tacked down with soil staples. Hope that helps!

Hi Lisa--The border on this path is 1/8" rolled steel edging. It has to be secured in place, but it does make nice graceful curves and I prefer it because it doesn't rot over time and I think it looks better than the recycled plastic types of bender boards. Hope that helps you!

Hi mvseven--Thank you for the question. Those box cushions with piping were custom-made using Sunbrella fabrics, so to duplicate this look you would probably need to find a local upholsterer or furniture store that would make them for you.

Thank you your prompt reply. The problem I have is that water can't drain through, there is concrete underneath the gaps cut through the slab where we want to lay the pebbles.

In that case, you could mortar them in place. But then they would need to be set individually, like a mosaic, probably on end in rows. You would want to use mortar, not concrete which has larger rocks in it.
