Valley View Granite

I am a realtor and one of my clients is building a new home and this is who the builder uses. I needed a unique counter made and several granite places said they could not do it. I went to Valley View and they had no issue doing the job. Got it installed today and could not be happier! Will be using them in the future for my downstairs bar. Thanks so much Valley View

HORRIBLE Customer Service. After being instructed by our Sales Agent, we drove 106 miles to the plant to pick out our material only to be told we had no right to choose (with the grade we selected) and we were invited to leave. We informed our Sales Agent who disagreed but nothing was done. We had an appt set to measure the templates, it was ignored, we called the estimator and was told he was never given the job. We WENT to the showroom to ask what happened, they showed us the appt in the computer. They just blew us off. After finally getting our template measured we had to call them to find out about the install date. They informed us it wouldn't be anytime soon because they don't have the material for our island we tried to examine. We asked if we could get the other counters installed so we can have some semblance of a working kitchen. They told us "sure... you have to pay the $275 trip charge to come back out and install the island." Unreal !!! They're Five Day Turnaround Policy is pointless, clearly. After being assured we'd be called by our PM on Friday we called them Wed, of the following week, his answer "...I don't know... I'll have scheduling call you" obviously, they never did. They have our down payment so I'll call the CEO Blake Christensen and see if he cares. I'll let you know.

Vally View Granite did a awesome job cutting and installing our granite! They definitely know what they are doing and always had good recommendations to help us with our kitchen remodel. Awesome company.

We did a kitchen remodel a few years ago and used Valley View Granite. They were great to work with and did a perfect job. They always gave us the time we needed and answered any questions we had. I would use them again.
