This compliant is about how the product is delivered
I Ordered 6 leather chairs. When I called, I was told by the customer service mgr. who took my order that I qualified for free shipping. When the items arrived by Fed Ex and not a freight truck the driver dropped a 5-foot x 5-foot x 3-foot wooden crate at the entrance to my house and walked away without having inspected them or getting a signature. So, what you need to know when ordering from this company is you are responsible for using a crowbar and hammer to open the create and then disposing it. The hauling the furniture in and if there’s a problem well, I don’t know how they would handle it but given my experience I can’t say I feel confident. After explaining that I never had furniture delivered where they would just leave a crate and you couldn’t inspect the merchandise. In fact, the customer service mgr. said: “ Per our shipping manager, FedEx actually performed a threshold delivery for you. You chose our free shipping option and would’ve been responsible for unloading the furniture. Instead, the driver unloaded for you.” I guess he wanted a 73-year-old to jump up on the Fed EX truck and unload it? And did they think Fed ex would allow that?

1 bathroom vanity, 1 medicine cabinet, and 2 mirrors Received order May 20, 2022
When we started to install on 6/13/22 I was surprised by the numerous quality issues:
The bathroom vanity was supposed to have hardware on the top corners, which it did not.
The backsplash and the side splash were 2 different heights.
The medicine cabinet hardware on the inside was installed crooked so that the shelves wobbled. The bars that hold the shelves were not installed level.
The medicine cabinet shelves were too wide to be able to close the door.
There was no way to hang the medicine cabinet. (No hook or wire, etc.
There was NO follow-up after I placed the order. I had to initiate calls along the way.
When I discovered all these problems with their manufacturing, I sent this list to them via email. Horrible customer service. No one would return my calls.
When I finally received an email from the Manager (he had been on vacation and no one else could help me while he was gone) he told me that clients only have 5 days to report any issues and "you’ve had your furniture for months." Actually, the installation was 3 weeks + 2 days later, not "months." Would have been much sooner if they could have let me know for sure when it would be delivered. Because of the uncertainty of the delivery date, I could not arrange with my installer until the furniture was actually on site.
Anyway - atrocious craftsmanship and even worse customer service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Horrible company to deal with on so many levels. I placed my order in March 2021. Finally received my furniture in October. During that time, the only time I received updates on the order was when I called. On the company’s website, they make a big deal about shipping in crates to prevent damage. My order arrived by Fed Ex freight, loose in the back of the truck. One chair was squashed. Just got the replacement, which was shipped without a seat. They want me to take the one off the old chair and finish assemblying the new one on my own. Sounds easy. Believe me, it’s not. I’m going to need to try to find someone to do the job. The furniture itself is ok. One other chair already feels unsteady. Save your money.

Received my bathroom vanity 4 months after promised delivery. Was given repeated promises of two more weeks each time I called (problems with the spray booth, materials wet and had to dry, artist backed up, etc) Would have forgiven if it was as beautiful as the picture on the website. Looked more like a high school shop project. No mention that we were going have to figure out and drill all the holes for drains and faucets. Numerous places where stain was missed and wood flaking. Such a disappointment. The mirrors we received with painted birds were beautiful, however.

Beautiful table- not worth the headache of dealing with Woodland Creek as a company though.
I ordered a dining table back in mid February and was given an estimate of 8-10 weeks for delivery. Well... four months later I finally got the table after calling let them know I'd be canceling July 1st if I didn't receive it.
I have no complaints about the table, it is beautiful and was almost worth the wait... until I got to spend two more hours on the phone explaining to Fedex and Woodland Creek why I'm not responsible for $160 re-delivery freight charge after being stood up for the original delivery date.
Honestly... this is the most expensive piece of furniture I have ever purchased and the process from start to finish has made me feel unappreciated as a customer. If you order from them, you should expect ZERO communication through the process. No updates on wait times, delays, shipping issues etc. Today, they didn't even call to find out if I liked my table, they called to ask if they could charge my CC for extra freight. Apparently, they store credit card info without permission as well.
Conclusion? I wish I had bought a table from someone local and not ordered from them at all. Do not recommend.

When you want a family heirloom you choose W/C. I ordered a Custom King Twisted Juniper Bed W/ Built In End Tables, Paid over 10K and waited months for their fine craftsman to build this thing. Ordered white glove service~ Truck arrives....Heart racing doors open and it's AMAZING!!!#%$ I'm from Texas land of the Eastern Red Cedar so I was enamoured by the juniper wood's twisted growth patterns and unique color variations and the pieces the craftsman selected used in making my bed were full of character and were positioned to expose the woods fullest potential of wowing anyone who sees it. Any of our guests who get a peak at it for the first time are awestruck and always follow by a rush of questions like did you build that? Where in the world did you find that? Did you heat the wood and twist it? Is that fake wood? etc etc. It's been like 13 years now maybe fifteen dunno doesn't matter it'll be in my life forever and be handed down to my daughter when i'm gone and be cherished for decades to come... what an amazing experience what an amazing product. If you are on the fence about purchasing a Custom Twisted Juniper Bed W/ Built In Side Tables.. Trust me it's worth every penny and more and your great great great grandkids will thank you.

Deceptive, poor customer service. Purchased reclaimed Barnwood bed King size with 2 matching nightstands. I specifically ask how heavy the bed was. Was told I would get free delivery using Fed Ex with lift gate. When furniture arrived @ truck terminal. Dispatch called to inform us that it wouldn’t fit on lift gate due to size of crate. We would have to make arrangements to get this ginormous crate ourselves. I called Woodland Creek to help us resolve the predicament. Customer Service suggested we rent a U-haul truck to get it. Additional cost were incurred. We should be compensated. Again customer service made no attempt satisfy a reasonable request. When a company fails to resolve the issue, it speaks volumes about their integrity !!

Ordered the Reclaimed Wood Bed when I purchased a new home in July. It arrived late and defective - the hex bolts that hold the frame together were not lined up correctly so the bed couldn't be fully assembled, something that happens in pre-fabricated, factory mass produced furniture; not crafted, made to order furniture, as they led me to believe. This bed costs over $3,000 and in the photos it looks like its made from solid blocks of wood. Its not. Its strips pressed over the main construction material, and there are eyesore flaws all over it. I know this bed is supposed to have a rustic/semi-industrial look to it (I am a fan of that look), but this one just looks sloppy and broken. Even the metal decor strip on the head board came bent. I've never experienced anything this badly misrepresented, or horribly flawed, even from IKEA in my college days, and they outsource everything from the delivery and "white glove" assembly to "furniture medic" repairs, so its email ping-pong and they just point at each other; you have no direct relationship to the company if anything goes wrong. The sales rep told me to ask the delivery crew to re-drill the holes; an obvious indicator that she had absolutely no clue how the piece was actually constructed. (They are metal threaded hex bolts). They offered me a 500 discount to keep a bed that can't be assembled (forget white glove, that's a white elephant; if it was free I'd be stuck removing it and throwing it away), so I chose the alternative which was to wait six months for a replacement after being quoted 2 weeks and receiving it 2 1/2 months later. One month after that the lead time has increased again. I ordered in July 2018 and now they are saying end of March 2019; the better part of a year. These guys may make some good stuff, because I see positive reviews, but buyer beware: they sent me a lemon and tried to make me eat it.
UPDATE: After complaining, the sales told me she contacted the factory and they expect it to arrive in November. I will update when the bed arrives. Fingers crossed!

This furniture is absolutely gorgeous! We ordered a bed and two nightstands, but customized each. We highly recommend the white glove deliver service as it was flawless. Once assembled, we had a couple of minor issues, however, customer service was terrific and they we were resolved quickly and to a high standard. The bedroom suite is definitely the star of our home!
