Spinnaker Development gin972 This has been a problem for me with many people in the houzz community. I have two independent paint contractors who have provided me quart samples of this product showing Sherwin Williams "101" or "old quaker" with tags right on the can. Our designer calls out this color and I use it on almost every project. I've looked online as well with SW and have noticed they do not show this on their color chart. We often match colors from other manufacturers and use the paints provided by our paint contractors. I've been trying to solve this problem for over a year with no luck. I'm sorry I can't help out any more. Please keep in mind photography has been photoshopped and accent lighting is used during shoots so colors aren't very accurately portrayed in photos.

Again I'm sorry I can't help with the color issue. Maybe Details a Design Firm (Houzz Pro) can provide more specific information with regard to the paint color. We must have over 100 questions regarding this paint and I hate giving out incorrect information..... Good luck!

tucker921 Oh darn !! Husband says our lot is 24' wide by '65 on the Balboa Penninsula, which means we would lose a lot of footage with that same house plan. The owners of the Diamond residence said this was the smallest floor plan Brandon Architects and Spinnaker had done in the area. I think with Newport Beach building codes that would leave us with a 18-19' width home.
