“Cindy helped us buy the house next door to us. Our daughter now lives there. During the buying process we had complete confidence in her. We had already watched as she sold the home of some friends. The first realtor who tried to sell that house failed. It was on the market for quite a while. Cindy sold it no time. Our friends said they wished they had hired Cindy from the beginning. So when we were ready to buy the house next door to us, Cindy's name came to mind. She knew all the ins and outs of buying a home. We probably would not have known to hire a home inspector who advised as to repairs that were needed. Then she sat down with us and put together an offer. We got the house at the right price.
